The group’s manufacturing footprint consists of five strategically located plants in Kolhapur, India, spread across 27 acres, and a warehouse in Indianapolis, USA. Our facilities are equipped with modern technology and automation to meet global standards.

Menon Bearings Ltd. (Main Plant)

Location: G-1, M.I.D.C., Gokul Shirgaon, Kolhapur – 416234, India.
Focus: Manufacturing of bimetallic bearings, bushes, thrust washers, and bimetallic strips.
Highlights: Features 14 Bush Lines, 12 Half Bearing Lines, and 5 Thrust Washer Lines. It includes dedicated foundries for both Leaded and Lead-Free alloy powder, an in-house tool manufacturing setup, and imported machinery for 100% online parameter measurement.

Menon Bearings Ltd. (UNIT-II)

Location: Plot no. B-2, Gokul Shirgaon Industrial Area, MIDC, Dist- Kolhapur

Menon Alkop Ltd.

Location: Five Star MIDC, Kagal, Kolhapur, 416236, MH, India.
Focus: High-pressure die casting (HPDC) and gravity die casting (GDC) of aluminium alloy components.
Highlights: A 103,000 sq. ft. factory on a 15-acre plot equipped with advanced die casting machines (up to 1600T), CNC machining centres, an in-house tool room, and facilities for heat treatment and surface coating. Menon Alkop offers inhouse, a one-stop, fully integrated & all-inclusive source for world-class aluminum die casting solutions, beginning with engineering resources like cutting-edge product designing, simulation, testing & validation, rapid prototyping & end to end manufacturing facilities from aluminium alloy making, precision tooling, mould designing & die making, precision machining, comprehensive secondary finishing & surface treatments. Menon Brakes Ltd.

Location: C1, Five Star MIDC, Kagal, Kolhapur – 416236 MH India.
Focus: Manufacturing of asbestos-free brake linings, brake pads, and riveted shoes for HCV, LCV, and trailer applications.
